The process to formalize a business relationship begins with the evaluation of the prospective client or partner. Vanderwaals will request the signing of a mutual confidentiality agreement; Then, the parts will define all the guidelines to be included in the contract: objectives, requirements, expected results and how to carry out the services. The corresponding rates will be determined and when the parts agree the contract will be signed.
